Custom-built system for a cage-free layer farm
Built a tailor-made platform for a cage-free layer farm in Gunungkidul — integrating financial reporting, inventory and stock-flow monitoring, and production tracking purpose-fit for cage-free operations. One system, one source of truth, instead of three disconnected spreadsheets.
Attendance & payroll integration at scale
Partnered with one of Indonesia's largest slaughterhouses to integrate attendance tracking directly with payroll across a 900+ employee workforce. Eliminated manual reconciliation, sped up payroll close, and brought BPJS registration into exact compliance.
Rebound, restructure, ready to scale
Worked alongside a poultry partnership company to support a strategic rebound — built the financial projection that anchored the next-stage plan, restructured operating discipline, and laid down a basic ERP as the system foundation so the platform can absorb scale-up with confidence. Years embedded inside as CTO meant we knew the wiring before we touched it.
Who we are
Hi, I'm Jati Pikukuh.
Most of my classmates packed for Jakarta the week after graduation. I packed for home — a small town, a backyard, and a few dozen chickens that became my first real classroom. It wasn't romantic. It was muddy, smelly, and full of problems no textbook ever prepares you for. But somewhere between the feed schedules and the spreadsheets I built to track them, something clicked: the future of poultry, agri, and food in Indonesia would belong to people fluent in both the barn and the code.
That idea grew into BroilerX. What started as a software company eventually became an end-to-end poultry operation, backed by venture capital. For more than six years as CTO, I built the tech, ran the ops, sat across from investors, and learned firsthand what actually moves the needle inside an integrated farming business — the wins, the bottlenecks, and the unglamorous middle where most of the real work happens.
Agric.id is the next chapter. Same conviction, sharper tools. IT isn't a side feature in this industry — it's the layer the next decade will be built on. We help livestock and food companies make that shift: practical, hands-on, no consulting fluff.
